The short version: this website introduces our work. Enquiries through it are free and non-binding — actual projects run under a written proposal or agreement, where the real terms live.

1. Using this website

octovianexus.com is the company website of Octovia Nexus Investments CC (registration CC/2024/08273, Windhoek, Namibia). By browsing it you accept these terms. Use it for its intended purpose — learning about our services and contacting us. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or scrape it at volumes that affect other visitors.

2. Portfolio, results and statistics

Straight talk: the case studies and figures on this site (for example “−60% admin work” or project counts) are drawn from real projects and our own platforms, but they describe those specific projects at the time we measured them. They are honest illustrations of what is possible — not a promise that your project will produce identical numbers. Every business, dataset and budget is different, which is exactly why we start with a discovery conversation.

3. Client work shown on this site

Client names, websites and screenshots appear as factual references to work we have delivered. Those brands and their content belong to their respective owners; showing them does not imply their endorsement of anything beyond the work we did for them.

4. Enquiries, quotes and engagements

Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Reply-time statements (such as “within one business day”) are service targets we take seriously, not contractual deadlines.
Prices, timelines and scope for actual work are only fixed in a written proposal, quotation or agreement signed off by both sides. If anything on this website ever appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

5. Intellectual property

The Octovia Nexus name, coil logo, website design, text and imagery (except client material and licensed stock) are our property. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to link to this site.

6. External links

We link to websites we have built, to our promotional-products store (promo.octovianexus.com, which has its own terms), and to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Sites we do not operate are outside our control, and we accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

7. No warranties & limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate, fast and secure, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octovia Nexus Investments CC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website itself. Liability relating to actual engagements is dealt with in the written agreement governing that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top reflects the current version.
